Sample Return & Refund Policy — Stitch and Treasures

Return Window & Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and materials.
  • After 30 days but within 60 days, returns will only be accepted for store credit (no cash refunds).
  • Products damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects can be returned or exchanged at any time (no time limit), but you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at stitchandtreasures@gmil.com.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged/defective.
  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely (including all original materials) and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit).
  • For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost.
  • Exchanges: We may waive return shipping if you replace it with an item of equal or greater value (customer pay difference, if any).

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive the return and inspect the item, refunds or credits will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued by the original payment method (unless you choose store credit).
  • Store credit remains valid for 12 months from issue date.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for returns (unless defective).
  • Items marked as “final sale” or part of clearance/seasonal events cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Opened or used items, or items missing original tags/packaging, will not be accepted for return.

Restocking & Processing Fees

  • Any original shipping costs (for the initial order) are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibilities & Details

  • Return items with tracking — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • You must retain proof of shipping until your refund or credit is finalized.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with our policy.

Changes & Exceptions

  • In special cases (e.g. holiday sales, large events), we may extend the return window (e.g. to 45 days).
